摘要
参麦注射液是由红参和麦冬经提炼精制而成的中药复方注射剂,临床上主要用于病毒性心肌炎、冠心病等疾病的治疗。人参皂苷和麦冬皂苷是其主要活性成分,近年来围绕参麦注射液中皂苷类成分在体内的药代动力学研究不断丰富。本文就近年来参麦注射液中皂苷类化学成分的药代动力学研究进展进行综述,为相关研究提供参考。
Shenmai injection ( SMI), an herbal preparation, is refined from Panax ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicas ,which is used to treat viral myocarditis, coronary heart disease and other diseases in clinic. Ginsenosides andophiopogonins are major activity components in SMI. More and more studies were focused on the pharmacokinetic ofthese saponins in SMI. In the present paper,the progress in pharmacokinetics of SMI is summarized.
