单侧线状色素性紫癜性苔藓样皮炎

A case of unilateral linear pigmented purpuric lichenoid dermatitis

患儿女,10岁。右小腿暗褐色瘀点和瘀斑6个月余。皮肤科检查:右足背、右小腿外侧及右大腿屈侧可见大致呈线状分布、大小不等、形状不规则的瘀点和瘀斑,部分呈暗褐色,压之不褪色,界限较清楚,部分皮损略高出皮肤表面。皮损组织病理:表皮角化过度,轻度水肿,局灶性基底细胞液化变性,基底层黑素略增多,真皮血管周围淋巴细胞浸润,可见红细胞外溢。诊断:单侧线状色素性紫癜性苔藓样皮炎。

A 10-year-old girl had a dark brown petechiae and ecchymosis on the fight leg for over 6 months. Histopathology of the skin lesion showed hyperkeratosis, mild epidermal edema, focal liquefaction degeneration of basal cells, and slightly increased basal melanin. Perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes and extravasation of red blood cells in the dermis were also evident. Diagnosis： unilateral linear pigmented purpuric lichenoid dermatitis.
