基于一体化净水装置的自来水厂改造扩能案例分析 被引量:2

摘要 原产水量为0. 5×10~4m^3/d的赤岭水厂采用传统絮凝+沉淀+过滤工艺,现需要将产水量提升至2×10~4m^3/d。由于厂区面积小、构筑物平面分布不规则,空地面积有限,不具备建设常规混凝土工艺处理构筑物的条件,因此,水厂改造扩能采用了占地少、系统集中程度高、管理运行方便同时又节约投资成本的一体化净水装置。扩建后出水水质达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749—2006)。采用一体化净水装置解决了改造扩能与用地紧张的矛盾,并且具有自动化程度高、建设时间短的优点。 The traditional flocculation/precipitation/filtration process was adopted in the original Chiling waterworks. The treatment capacity has to be increased from the original 5 000 m3/d to 20 000 m3/d according to the water demand of residents. Due to the limited open space and irregular planar distribution of structures of the original waterworks, it was hard to construct conventional concrete structures. Therefore, an integrated water purification device with less occupation, high system concentration, convenient management and operation, and low investment cost, was adopted in the transformation and expansion project of waterworks. After expansion, the treated water quality met the requirements of the Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749 -2006). The integrated water purification device has solved the contradiction of expansion and land use tension, and has the advantages of high automation and short construction time.
