摘要
采用pH调整槽+超滤+UASB+接触氧化组合工艺处理乳化液废水,处理规模为60 m^3/d。工程运行结果表明,当原水COD、SS、石油类质量浓度分别约为50 000、1 000、20 000mg/L时,出水COD、SS、石油类浓度分别降至405、27、16 mg/L左右,达到设计出水要求,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)三级排放标准,有利于后续污水处理厂的进一步处理。
The combined process of pH adjustment tank, uhrafihration, UASB, contact oxidation was used to treat emulsion liquid wastewater, with the capacity of 60 m3/d. The result of the project operation showed that when the influent concentrations of COD, SS and petroleum were about 50 000 mg/L, 1 000 mg/L and 20 000 mg/L respectively, the effluent concentrations of COD, SS and petroleum were reduced to 405 rag/L, 27 mg/L and 16 mg/L respectively. The effluent quality not only met the design effluent requirements, but also met the third level of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996), which benefited the subsequent further treatment of the wastewater treatment plant.
