Determination of 5 Selenium Species in Seawater by Hyphenated Technique of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Inductivity Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 研究并建立了高效液相色谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用(HPLC-ICP-MS)测定海水中5种硒形态的分析方法。采用Hamilton PRP-X100分析柱,在流动相为30 mmol/L柠檬酸、pH为4. 0的条件下,8 min内即可完全分离5种硒形态。在色谱进样量为100μL,质谱采用He碰撞池模式下,对SeCys_2、MeSeCys、SeUr、SeMet和SeO_4^(2-)的检出限分别为0. 42、0. 70、0. 65、1. 63和0. 31μg/L,线性相关系数均大于0. 998。该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于海水中硒形态的测定。 A method for determination of 5 selenium species in seawater by hyphenated technique of high performance liquid chromatography and inductivity coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( HPLC - ICP- MS) was established. The separation of 5 selenium species was operated by the Hamilton PRP - X100 analysis column within 8 rain with mobile phase of 30 mmol/L citrate and pH 4.0. When the injection volume was 100 μL and He collision cell mode was used in mass spectrometry, the detection limit of SeCys2, MeSeCys, SeUr, SeMet and SeO4 2- were found to be 0.42, 0.70, 0.65, 1.63 and 0.31 μg/L, respectively. Moreover, all of the linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.998. The method was simple, rapid and with remarkably high sensitivity, which could be developed for the determination of selenium species in seawater.
