复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病的效果及其对血脂的影响

Compound danshen dropping pill in combination with aspirin for the treatment of coronary heart disease and its effects on blood lipids

目的研究冠心病患者复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林的用药效果及血脂的影响情况。方法对本院2017年1月～2017年12月收治的78例冠心病患者进行随机分组,对照组39例采取阿司匹林治疗,观察组39例采取复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、血脂水平及生活质量。结果观察组疗效为94.9%,对照组疗效为79.5%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药治疗后血脂水平改善,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸与阿司匹林联合用药治疗冠心病的效果显著,且患者血脂水平及生活质量的改善十分理想,值得临床推广及运用。

Objective To study the patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） of compound danshen dropping pill combined aspirin drug effect and the influence of blood fat. Methods In our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly assigned 78 patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）, control group 39 cases take aspirin therapy, observation group 39 cases treated with compound danshen dropping pill in combination with aspirin, compare the curative effect of two groups of patients, blood lipid level and quality of life. Results Curative effect observationgroup was 94.9%, the control effect of 79.5%, compared significant difference compared with statistical significance （P〈0.05）; Lipid levels improved after drug treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）; Observation group of quality of life score significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound danshen dropping pill and aspirin combination for the treatment of coronary heart disease, and patients with blood lipid level and improve the quality of life of ideal, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
