针灸疗法治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treatment of bronchial asthma with acupuncture and moxibustion

目的剖析在临床上治疗支气管哮喘采用针灸疗法的施行效果,旨在研讨其应用价值,确保病人早日恢复健康。方法随机筛选于2016年1月～2018年1月期间入院接受治疗的98例支气管哮喘患者作为此次剖析对象,平均分配为剖析组与对照组,各49例。对照组(n=49)采用西医进行治疗,剖析组(n=49)在西医治疗基础上再继续采用针灸疗法。将两组的施行效果、复发情况进行观察与比较。结果剖析组49例患者中,显效30例,有效17例,无效2例,施行效果95.92%;剖析组49例患者中,显效15例,有效22例,无效12例,施行效果75.51%,经对比,剖析组的施行效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);经随访6个月,剖析组的复发情况(4.08%),对照组的复发情况(20.41%),相比于对照组,剖析组的复发情况明显降低(P<0.05)。结论在临床上治疗支气管哮喘采用针灸疗法,具有良好施行效果,减轻患者患病痛楚,有效改善其临床症状,复发率低、安全性高。在临床中,具有广泛实践价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Ninety-eight patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study. The subjects were equally divided into two groups： the analysis group and the control group （49 cases each）. The control group （n=49） was treated with western medicine, and the analysis group （n=49） was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of western medicine. The effect and recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Of the 49 patients in the analysis group, 15 were effective, 22 were effective, 12 were ineffective, and the effect was 75.51%. By comparison, the effect of the analysis group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After 6 months follow-up, the recurrence rate in the analysis group （4.08%） and the control group （20.41%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in clinical treatment of bronchial asthma has a good effect on relieving the patients with bronchial asthma. Pain, effective improvement of its clinical symptoms, low recurrence rate, high safety. It has extensive practical value in clinical practice.
