放疗对直肠癌术后患者血浆FIB和D-D水平的影响研究

Effect of radiotherapy on postoperative plasma FIB and D-D in patients with rectal cancer surgery

目的探究放疗对直肠癌术后患者血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)和D-二聚体(D-D)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年6月～2017年11月本院年收治的60例直肠癌术后行放疗治疗患者的临床资料,对其放疗前、放疗结束后1～2 d及3个月后复查时的血浆FIB和D-D的水平进行分析。结果患者放疗前、放疗结束后1～2 d及3个月后总体血浆D-D、FIB指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);放疗结束后1～2 d血浆D-D(0.13±0.05)μg/ml、FIB(2.68±0.25)g/L,3个月后血浆D-D(0.14±0.07)μg/ml、FIB(2.72±0.39)g/L,明显低于放疗前(1.63±0.12)μg/ml、(4.68±0.42)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);放疗结束后1～2 d与3个月后血浆D-D、FIB指标相比,差异无统计学意义。结论放疗能显著降低直肠癌术后患者血浆FIB和D-D水平,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of radiotherapy on postoperative plasma fibrinogen （FIB） and D-dimer （D-D） in patients with rectal cancer surgery. Methods The clinical data of 60 rectal cancer patients with postoperative radiotherapy in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The levels of plasma FIB and D-D of patients before radiotherapy, after radiotherapy for 1-2 d and 3 months were analyzed. Results The plasma FIB and D-D of patients before radiotherapy, after radiotherapy for 1 -2 d and 3 months were compared, there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）; The D-D and FIB after radiotherapy for 1 -2 d were （0.13±0.05）μg/ml and （2.68±0.25）g/L, the D-D and FIB after radiotherapy for 3 months were （0.14±0.07）μg/ml and （2.72±0.39）g/L, which were lower than those before radiotherapy [（1.63± 0.12）μg/ml, （4.68±0.42）g/L] （P〈0.05）; The D-D and FIB after radiotherapy for 1-2 d and 3 months were compared, there was no statistical differ ence. Conclusion Radiotherapy for patients with rectal cancer surgery can decrease postoperative FIB and D-D levels, increase clinical efficacy.
