补肾活血汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(肾虚血瘀型)的疗效及其膝关节液中NO和IL-1β水平的影响

Effect of bushen huoxue decoction on knee osteoarthritis(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)and levels of NO, IL-1β in knee joint fluid

目的探讨补肾活血汤治疗肾虚血瘀型膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果及其对患者膝关节液中一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法将2016年2月～2017年12月因KOA于本院就诊的82例患者纳入研究并据随机数字表法分组。对照组41例口服塞来昔布胶囊服治疗,观察组41例联合补肾活血汤,2周后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗2周后观察组Lysholm评分更高,X线评分低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组关节液中NO、IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的78.05%(32/41),差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血汤治疗肾虚血瘀型KOA效果显著,可改善炎症反应及关节功能,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction on knee osteoarthritis （KOA） in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis and the impacts on the levels of nitric oxide （NO） and interleukin-1β （IL-1β） in the knee joint fluid. Methods From February 2016 to December 2017, 82 patients who were treated by KOA in our hospital were included in the study and grouped according to the random number table method. In the control group, 41 patients were treated with oral celecoxib capsules and 41 patients in the observation group were combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after 2 weeks. Results The Lysholm score was higher in the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment, and the X-ray score was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of NO and IL-1β in the joint fluid of the observation group after the treatment were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.12% （39/41）, which was higher than 78.05% （32/41） in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction is effective for the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type KOA, which can improve inflammation and joint function. It is worthy of promotion.
