关节镜清理术配合中药治疗膝关节骨关节炎的价值分析

With Chinese medicine arthroscopy cleaning operation value analysis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的分析和研究关节镜清理术配合中药治疗膝关节骨关节炎的价值。方法选取2016年1月～2017年12月本院治疗的64例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为实验研究对象,将患者随机分为常规组和实验组,常规组患者主要采用关节镜清理术进行治疗,实验组在常规组的基础上运用中药进行治疗,分析和比较两组患者的治疗有效率和治疗各项指标。结果实验组中32例患者中治疗有效率为93.75%常规组患者中治疗有效率为81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜清理术配合中药治疗膝关节骨关节炎具有较高的医疗价值,值得临床运用和推广。

Objective To analyze and study the arthroscopy cleaning technique with the value of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017 to the hospital treatment of 64 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis as experimental objects, the patients were randomly divided into normal group and experimental group and routine group of patients mainly adopts the arthroscopy cleaning technique treatment, the experimental group on the basis of the conventional group using traditional Chinese medicine treatment, analyze and compare the treatment of patients with two groups of efficient and treatment of each index. Results 32 cases of patients in experimental group routine treatment effective rate was 93.75% in group therapy in patients with effective rate was 81.25%, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The arthroscopy cleaning technique with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis has high medicinal value, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
