艾司西酞普兰联合阿戈美拉汀治疗难治性抑郁症的临床研究

Clinical study of escitalopram combined with agomelatine in the treatment of refractory depression

目的在难治性抑郁症患者治疗过程中使用艾司西酞普兰联合阿戈美拉汀治疗,临床研究疗效。方法入组56例难治性抑郁症患者,符合随机原则,选取时间2017年1月～2017年12月,随机数字表法分组,分为观察组(28例;艾司西酞普兰联合阿戈美拉汀治疗)和对照组(28例;文拉法辛缓释剂治疗),对比两组患者治疗后各项临床数据并计算出统计学分析数值。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、HAMD评分均明显更优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在难治性抑郁症患者治疗过程中使用艾司西酞普兰联合阿戈美拉汀治疗,疗效确切。

Objective To treat the efficacy of escitalopraan combined with agomelatine in the treatment of patients with refractory depression, Methods A total of 56 patients with refractory depression were enrolled. According to the random principle, the time was from January 2017 to December 2017. By the random number table method, the patients was divided into observation groups （28 cases; escitalopram combined with Ago Meratin treatment） and control group （28 cases; venlafaxine extended release treatment）, compare the clinical data of the two groups of patients after treatment and calculate the statistical analysis values. Results The total effective rate, adverse reaction rate and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of escitalopram combined with agomelatine in the treatment of patients with refractory depression is effective.
