黄芪注射液离子导入治疗儿童屈光性弱视的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Astragalus Injection in the Treatment of Children Refractive Amblyopia

目的:分析黄芪注射液离子导入治疗儿童屈光性弱视的临床治疗效果。方法:此次选取的研究对象均为2015年4月至2016年5月期间在河南省周口市眼科医院接受治疗的74例(143眼)屈光性弱视患儿,将所有患儿根据入院治疗时间不同分为对照组与实验组,对照组37例患儿采取配镜、遮盖以及精细作业的方法进行治疗,实验组37例患儿采取黄芪注射液离子导入进行治疗,分别对两组患儿的临床治疗效果与视力回降率进行观察与比较。结果:经相关治疗后,实验组患儿的总有效率(98.61%)明显高于对照组患儿(88.73%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿的视力回降率(9.72%)明显低于对照组患儿(36.62%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取黄芪注射液离子导入治疗屈光性弱视患儿的临床治疗效果显著,有效提升患儿的生活品质,值得临床进一步将其推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of astragalus injection in the treatment of children refractive amblyopia. Methods： 74 cases （143 eyes） of refractive amblyopic children in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group took glasses and cover treatment and with -ne operation; the experimental group was treated with astragalus membranaceus injection iontophoresis. The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of children and eyesight to drop rate were observed and compared. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate （98.61%） in the experimental group was signi-cantly higher than that in the control group （88.73%）, which was statistically signi-cant （P〈0.05）. The visual acuity rate （9.72%） of the children in the experimental group was signi-cantly higher than that in the control group （36.62%）, which was statistically signi-cant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Astragalus membranaceus injection iontophoresis treatment for refractive amblyopic children showed good clinical effect, effectively improved the patient＇s quality of life. Thus it is worth further clinical popularization and application.
