甲硝唑与克林霉素磷酸酯栓联用对细菌性阴道炎患者抗感染的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Metronidazole Combined with Clindamycin Phosphate Suppositories in the Treatment of Patients with Bacterial Vaginitis

目的:探析把甲硝唑与克林霉素磷酸酯栓联合用于治疗细菌性阴道炎的效果。方法:把江西省新余市渝水区妇幼保健院从2016年2月到2017年6月收治的60例细菌性阴道病患者当做此次研究的主体,并采用随机数字表法把这60例患者分成试验组30例、参照组30例。参照组30例患者的用药方案是单用甲硝唑,试验组30例患者的用药方案是甲硝唑与克林霉素磷酸酯栓联合使用。把参照组与试验组的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、复发情况作为此次研究的观察指标。结果:试验组30例患者的治疗总有效率是90.00%(27/30),与参照组30例患者的66.67%(20/30)比较,明显更高,两组比较得出P小于0.05的结局;试验组30例患者的复发率是6.67%(2/30),与参照组30例患者的26.67%(8/30)比较,明显更低,两组比较得出P小于0.05的结局,有进一步的探析价值;两个组的不良反应发生率比较得出P大于0.05的结局。结论:把甲硝唑与克林霉素磷酸酯栓联合用于治疗细菌性阴道炎的效果比单用甲硝唑的效果显著,复发率也更低,且不会使不良反应增多。

Objective To investigate the effect of metronidazole combined with clindamycin phosphate suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis. Methods： 60 patients with bacterial vaginosis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. The 60 patients were divided into experimental group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases） by random number table method. Metronidazole was used alone in the control group and clindamycin phosphate suppository was used in the trial group. The therapeutic effect, adverse reactions and recurrence of the control group and the experimental group were taken as the observation indexes of this study. Results： The total effective rate was 90.00% （27/30） in the test group, which was signi-cantly higher than 66.67% （20/30） in the control group （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of 30 patients in the test group was 6.67% （2/30）, which was signi-cantly lower than that in the control group （26.67%, 8/30, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of metronidazole and clindamycin phosphate suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis is more effective than metronidazole alone, the recurrence rate is lower, and will not increase the adverse reactions.
