地奥司明联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗混合痔术后水肿疗效观察

The curative effect of Diosmin combined with Ma Yinglong Shexiang hemorrhoid ointment on postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids

目的:探讨采用地奥司明联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏对混合痔术后水肿的疗效。方法:以2016年9月～2017年9月中前来江西省鹰潭市解放军第一八四医院进行手术治疗的混合痔患者110例为对象开展研究,随机分入两组,各为观察组、对照组,例数均为55例,为前者采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,后者则加以地奥司明治疗,统计两组术后3、7日水肿评分变化,并记录水肿缓解用时;观察两组术后退肿疗效情况;记录两组术后疼痛情况。结果:术后3日,两组水肿评分相近,P>0.05;术后7日观察组水肿评分均低于对照组,且水肿消失用时更快,P<0.05;观察组术后水肿疗效较对照组更优(96.36%>81.82%),P<0.05;两组患者术后3日疼痛评分相近,P>0.05;持续治疗后,观察组术后7日疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,且疼痛消失用时更短,P<0.05。结论:在应用马应龙麝香痔疮膏的同时,加用地奥司明能够帮助患者更快消除混合痔术后水肿,帮助减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To investigate the effect of Diosmin combined with Ma Ying long Shexiang hemorrhoids ointment on postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： 110 patients with mixed hemorrhoids from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： observation group （n=55） and control group （n=55）. The former was treated with Ma Yinglong Shexiang hemorrhoid ointment and the latter was treated with Diosmin. The changes of edema scores on 3 and 7 days after operation were counted in the two groups and the time of edema relief was recorded. The effects of deswelling after operation in both groups were observed, and the pain after operation in both groups was recorded. Results： 3 days after operation, The edema score of the two groups was similar （P〉0.05）, the edema score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 7 days after operation, and the edema disappeared more quickly than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the effect of deswelling in the observation group was better than that in the control group （96.36%〉81.82%, P〈0.05）. The pain scores of the two groups were similar at 3 days after operation （P〉0.05）. After continuous treatment, the pain scores in the observation group were signi-cantly lower than those in the control group on 7 days after operation, and the time of pain disappearance was shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of Ma Yinglong Shexiang hemorrhoids ointment can help patients with mixed hemorrhoids to eliminate the edema and alleviate the pain more quickly.
