高龄男性血清Ⅰ型胶原C-末端肽交联的独立相关因素 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨高龄(≥80岁)男性血清Ⅰ型胶原C-末端肽交联(C-terminal telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen,CTX)的独立相关因素。方法对423例高龄男性进行伴随疾病和生活方式的调查,并进行骨代谢、血生化、性激素和贫血等指标的检测,运用多元回归分析方法筛选高龄男性血清CTX的独立相关因素。结果高龄男性血清CTX的独立相关因素包括甲状旁腺素(β=1. 281,P=0. 001)、喝牛奶(β=-45. 882,P=0. 016)、雌二醇(β=-2. 306,P=0. 003)、服用钙剂(β=-64. 244,P=0. 008)、叶酸(β=-3. 719,P=0. 033)、室外运动(β=-53. 059,P=0. 028)和血钠(β=7. 421,P=0. 029)。结论降低血清甲状旁腺素和血钠水平,提高血清叶酸水平,养成良好的生活方式,可能是降低高龄男性血清CTX水平的重要方法。 Objective To investigate the independent factors associated with serum C-terminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen (CTX) in men aged 80 and over. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in a cohort comprising 423 men aged 80 and over. All subjects were underwent a questionnaire on underlying chronic diseases and lifestyle factors. The serum levels of bone metabolic markers [CTX, parathyroid hormone (PTH), 25-hydroxyvitamin D], biomedical index, anemia-related index as well as sex steroids were detected. Univariate analysis and multivariate regression analysis were performed to discover independent factors associated with serum CTX. Results It was shown that serum concentrations of parathyroid hormone ( β =1.281, P =0.001),milk drinking ( β =-45.882, P =0.016),estradiol ( β = -2.306, P =0.003), calcium supplement ( β =-64.244, P =0.008),folic acid ( β = -3.719 , P = 0.033),exercise( β =-53.059, P =0.028),and sodium ( β =7.421, P =0.029), were independently associated with serum CTX. Conclusion To decrease the serum concentrations of parathyroid hormone and sodium, to increase the serum concentration of folic acid, and to cultivate a good lifestyle may be helpful to decrease serum CTX level in men aged 80 and over.
