6060替代6061铝合金模板可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用CAE分析技术建立了铝模板各个构件的有限元模型,根据实际的工况条件对6061和6060两种铝合金模板进行了强度分析,得出铝模板堵板、内角板和墙板的应力和位移分布云图。仿真结果表明,6061铝模板和6060铝模板两者的最大应力及挠度值相差很小,堵板、内角板和墙板的强度需求值均小于对应材料屈服强度,在满足使用要求的同时提高挤压效率和制品质量,6060代替6061铝模板具有可行性。 In this paper, the finite element model of each component of aluminum template is established by using CAE analysis technology. Strength analysis of 6061 and 6060 aluminum alloy templates is conducted according to actual working conditions. And then the stress and displacement distribution cloud diagram of aluminum plate, inner corner plate and wall plate is obtained. The simulation results show that the difference between the maximum stress and displacement value of 6060 and 6061 formwork is very small, the strength demand value of the block board, the corner board and the wall board is all smaller than the yield strength of the corresponding material. It is feasible for 6060 to replace 6061 aluminum template to improve extrusion efficiency and product quality while meeting the application requirements.
