摘要
论述国际铁路行业标准(IRIS)和能力成熟度模型集成(CMMI)的特点及其在铁路通信信号研发设计企业的应用。通过对两者的对比分析,以及两者在企业中推广应用过程的论述,为铁路企业提升质量管理水平提供参考。
This paper describes the characteristics of IRIS and CMMI and their application in railway research and design enterprises of signal and communication, carries out comparison and analysis of IRIS and CMMI, discusses the promotion and application process of IRIS and CMMI in enterprises so as to provide reference for railway enterprises to improve quality management level.
