摘要
氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂是一种附加值高,用途广泛的高端粉体材料。中国国内主要采用烧结法溶液原料制取,以确保获取品质优良的产品。与拜耳法相比,烧结法能耗较高,用其制取氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂,会增加成本。本项目研究采用研究的复合添加剂F1净化拜耳法溶液,再用净化后的溶液制取氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂,此工艺与烧结法溶液制取氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂最大的不同是采用了拜耳法溶液净化工艺,相对于烧结法,此工艺能耗低,净化费用低,能提高产品的市场竞争能力。研究过程中,分别取用贵州省境内的公司甲、公司乙拜耳法溶液,在实验室内研究了各种添加剂净化拜耳法溶液和净化后的溶液制取氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂,产出的拜耳法产品,可达到采用烧结法生产氢氧化铝微粉产品相仿的品质。
Aluminum hydroxide micro - powder flame retardant is a high - end powder material with high added value and wide application. It is mainly prepared from the solution materials by Sintering process in China, to ensure access to good quality product. Compared with Bayer process, the energy consumption of Sintering process is high, and the preparing cost of retardant is increased. In this project, the Bayer process solution is prepared by using the compound additive F1, and the aluminum hydroxide micro - powder flame retardant is prepared from the purified solution. The biggest difference between the two processes is that solution purification is adopted in Bayer process. The process has low energy consumption and low purification cost compared with the sintering method, and can improve the market competitiveness of the product. In the study, the Bayer process solutions from company A and B in Guizhou Province were adopted, various additives were used to purify the solutions, and the purified solution is to prepare the aluminum hydrox- ide micro - powder flame retardant. The product quality by Bayer process reaches to the similarities of that of the sintering one.
