摘要
丰东热技术公司生产的UBG-1000箱式燃气炉炉膛尺寸为1 200 mm×760 mm×800 mm。进行了炉温和SAE8617 H钢试样渗碳层均匀性测定。结果,当炉膛设定温度为850℃和920℃时,炉内9个部位的温度波动值分别为+4.9~-3.8℃和+6.4~-3.6℃,9个部位的SAE8617 H钢试样渗碳后有效硬化层深度差值为0.059 mm,表面硬度差值1.3 HRC,均符合技术要求。
Dimension of working zone of UBG-1000 box gas-fired furnace made in Fengdong Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. is 1 200 mm by 760 mm by 800 mm, Uniformity of temperature and variation in case of SAE8617 H steel specimens carburized at nine points of the working zone of the UBG-1000 furnace were surveyed. The results showed that the temperature varied from +4.9 to-3.8℃ and from +6.4 to-3. 6℃ respectively at predetermined temperature of 850℃ and 920℃, and differences in effective hardening depth and surface hardness of the specimens were 0.059 mm and 1.3 HRC, which conformed with the specified requirements.
