环形EN AW-6082铝合金锻件的热处理

摘要 环形EN AW-6082铝合金锻件的生产工艺流程为:制备直径500 mm的铸锭,均匀化退火,锻造,固溶处理和时效。根据6082铝合金的等温转变(TTT)图和连续冷却转变(CCT)图确定的环形EN AW-6082铝合金锻件的固溶处理温度和时效温度分别为560℃和160℃,热处理后锻件的显微组织和力学性能可达到技术要求。 Ring-shaped forgings of EN AW 6082 aluminum alloy were fabricated by technological process consisting of producing ingot 500 mm in diameter, homogenizing, forging, solution treating, and aging. From TTT curves and CCT curves of 6082 aluminum alloy it was determined that the ring-shaped forgings of EN AW 6082 aluminum alloy should be solution treated at 560℃ and then aged at 160℃ for the purpose of causing their microstructure and mechanical properties to conform the specification.
