关于开放大学建设的调研与思考

Investigation and Reflection on the Construction of Open University

加快向开放大学转型发展,是广播电视大学适应经济社会发展新需求和信息技术发展新成果,提升办学水平和实现科学发展的紧迫任务。本文在调研、借鉴江苏开放大学和国家开放大学建设经验的基础上,结合对广播电视大学发展历史和新时期建设现代大学的思考,提出建设开放大学的必要性和可能途径,以期促进开放大学建设工作。

Accelerating the transition to an open university is an urgent task for Radio and Television Universi- ty to adapt to the new needs of economic and social development and the new achievements of information technology development, to upgrade the level of running a school and to achieve scientific development. Based on the inves- tigation and the experience of Jiangsu Open University and National Open University, this paper puts forward the necessity and possible ways to build an Open University in the light of the development history of Radio and Television University and the consideration of the construction of a modem university in the new era, with a view to pro- moting the construction of an Open University
