国家开放大学学习网(以下简称国开学习网)是国家开放大学的教学管理平台,集聚、整合、共享了很多优质教育资源。基层辅导教师是国开学习网与学员之间最直接、最紧密的学习连接者,辅导教师的主要任务是在国开学习网中对学员进行导学、助学和促学。提升基层辅导教师在国开学习网的教学能力对学员掌握课程学习目标、顺利完成学业有着至关重要的作用。

The Open University of China is an integrated teaching and management system, it integrates and shares many high quality educational resources. Tutors are the most close and direct connectors between the learning network and students. The main task for tutors is to study guiding, aiding and supervising in The Open University of China.
