Design of Automatic Sorting Device based on PLC

针对现有自动分拣装置运营成本高、维护复杂等问题,设计一种基于PLC的物料自动分拣装置控制系统,利用电感传感器对物料材质进行检测,自动分拣不同材质的物料。介绍自动分拣装置的原理,论述电气控制回路和装置运行程序的设计思路,为自动分拣装置的改进提供借鉴。

For the problems of high operation cost and complex maintenance of the existing automatic sorting device, a control system of the material automatic sorting device based on PLC is designed. The material is detected by inductance sensor and the material of different materials is automatically sorted. This paper introduces the principle of automatic sorting device, discusses the design idea of electrical control loop and operation program of the device, in order to provide reference for the improvement of automatic sorting device.
