摘要 以黄瓜粉和豆奶粉为原料,采用粉末直接压片法,研究黄瓜咀嚼片加工工艺及配方。通过单因素试验及正交试验确定最优生产工艺及配方为:黄瓜粉与豆奶粉比例8∶2、硬脂酸镁添加比例2.5%,粒度大小80目,压片机预压厚度大小4.0 mm,烘干时间15min。与湿法制粒压片相比,直接压片工艺具有操作简单、生产周期短、节省原料粉等优点。 In this paper, cucumber powder and soybean milk powder are used as main raw materials, with direct compression method,the technology and best formula of cucumber chewable tablet was researched. The optimum production process and formula were determined by single factor test and orthogonal test: The magnesium stearate accounted for 2.5% of the raw materials, particle size is 80 mesh size, prepressing thickness of tablet machine is 4.0 mm, and the drying time is 15 min. Comparing with the method of wet granulation tablet, the direct compression method has advantages such as simple operation, short production cycle and saving raw material powder.
