摘要
食品免疫学是食品质量与安全专业的重要必修课程之一。为适应地方应用型本科高校的培养目标,从教学目的、教学内容、教学方法、考核方式4个方面对食品免疫学教学进行探索,在实践中提高教学质量,取得了良好的教学效果。
Food immunology is one of the important compulsory courses of food quality and safety. In order to adapt to the training objective of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper explores the teaching of food immunology from the aspects of teaching purpose, teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation methods, which improves the teaching quality in practice, and obtains good teaching results.
