探讨冶金工程全过程造价管理信息化平台的建设和应用

Discussion of development and application of cost management informatization platform of whole process of metallurgical engineering

文章首先从技术发展、表现形式、应用范围等方面分析工程造价信息化的现状与发展;接着从设计咨询单位的角度出发,围绕冶金工程建设及其造价管理的特征,分析了建立冶金工程造价信息化平台的思路;最后引用了部分测试界面及实际工程应用数据,分别阐释了"高阶段"设计数据库及指标分析系统的建立、项目设计执行"建安造价模型"的形成与完善、信息化平台在冶金项目建设全过程造价控制中的综合应用。将信息化技术应用到冶金工程前期策划、设计、施工等各个阶段的工程造价管理工作中,通过收集、整理、分析工程造价数据,挖掘内在价值,使其在项目全过程造价管理中发挥关键作用,同时为类似项目的前期造价工作提供支持,使冶金工程造价管理逐步向"精细化"迈进。

The paper first analyzed the status quo and development of engineering cost informatization in terms of technology development, representation, the scope of application and so on. Afterwards, from the perspective of design consultant companies, an analysis was conducted on the idea of building an informatization platform suitable for the cost management of metallurgical engineering, by focusing on characteristics of the implementation and cost management of metallurgical engineering. At the end, a large quantity of system development and testing interfaces and data of applying the informatization platform in real engineering were quoted, to expound the establishment of a ＂high-level＂ design database and an indicator analysis system, the gradual formation and improvement of ＂the cost model of construction and installation＂ along with the design and implementation of projects, and the comprehensive application of the informatization platform in the whole-process cost management of metallurgical engineering respectively. In this way,informatization technology can be properly applied in the cost management of metallurgical engineering in all stages such as its preliminary planning, design and implementation, to find out the intrinsic value of data by collecting, sorting out and analyzing cost data of engineering, play a key role in the whole-process cost management of projects and provide support for the preliminary cost management of similar projects. Thus, cost management of metallurgical engineering can gradually develop towards ＂refinement＂.
