依达拉奉与奥扎格雷治疗进展性脑卒中的临床效果

Clinical effect of edaravone and ozagrel in the treatment of progressive stroke

目的分析依达拉奉与奥扎格雷治疗进展性脑卒中的临床效果。方法将我院2016年2月至2018年2月收治的94例进展性脑卒中患者按随机数表法分为试验组与对照组,各47例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,试验组采用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS评分均降低,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者Barthel指数评分均升高,且试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷治疗进展性脑卒中效果显著,可有效减轻神经功能受损情况,提高患者生活能力。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of edaravone and ozagrel in the treatment of progressive stroke.Methods Ninety-four patients with progressive stroke admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, with 47 cases ineach group. The control group received edaravone, and the experimental group received edaravone combined withozagrel. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in theexperimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the NIHSS scoresof the two groups decreased, and that of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.After treatment, the Barthel index scores of the two groups increased, and that of the experimental group wassignificantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Edaravone combined with ozagrel in the treatment ofprogressive stroke has a significant effect, which can effectively alleviate neurological impairment and improve patients＇living ability.
