小剂量阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床效果

Clinical effect of low-dose aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease

目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床效果。方法以本院2015年11月至2017年11月收治的106例缺血性脑血管病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组采用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组采用小剂量阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应及神经功能改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.34%,显著高于对照组的77.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率为5.66%,略低于对照组的7.55%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分均明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对缺血性脑血管病患者采用小剂量阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗可有效改善患者神经功能,消除不良症状,且不会增加不良反应发生的风险,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of low-dose aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment ofischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 106 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated in ourhospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 53cases in each group. The control group was treated with clopidogrel, and the observation group was treated with low-doseaspirin combined with clopidogrel, the treatment effects, adverse reactions and the improvement of neurological function ofthe two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.34%, whichwas significantly higher than 77.36% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The totalincidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.66%, which was slighty lower than 7.55% in the controlgroup, but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groupssignificantly decreased, and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low -dose aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of ischemiccerebrovascular disease can effectively improve patients＇ neurological function, eliminate adverse symptoms and does notincrease the risk of adverse reactions occurrence, and it is worth popularization and application.
