莫匹罗星联合聚维酮碘药浴治疗新生儿脓疱疮感染的效果

Effect of mupirocin ointment combined with povidone iodine bath in the treatment of neonatal impetigo infection

目的探讨莫匹罗星软膏结合聚维酮碘药浴治疗新生儿脓疱疮感染的效果及对炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择我院收治的82例脓疱疮感染患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组外用莫匹罗星软膏,观察组在对照组基础上加用聚维酮碘药浴。比较两组的治疗效果、炎性因子水平及免疫功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的CRP、IL-6及PCT水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均升高,CD8^+均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论莫匹罗星软膏联合聚维酮碘药浴治疗新生儿脓疱疮感染效果显著,可控制炎性因子水平,提高机体免疫功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of mupirocin ointment combined with povidone iodine bath in thetreatment of neonatal impetigo infection and its effect on the levels of inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 82 cases ofneonatal impetigo infection admitted in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into controlgroup and observation group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treatedwith mupirocin ointment, the observation group added povidone iodine bath on the basis of the control group. The treatmenteffects, levels of inflammatory factors and immune function of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rateof treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, thelevels of CRP, IL-6 and PCT decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋increased, and the CD8＋decreased in the two groups, and those inthe observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mopirocin ointment combined with povidoneiodine bath in the treatment of neonatal impetigo infection is effective, it can also control the level of inflammatory factorsand improve the immune function. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
