PVP和PKP对骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者椎体功能的影响

Effect of PVP and PKP on vertebral function in patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)对骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者椎体功能的影响。方法选取2015年7月至2018年1月医院收治的92例骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各46例。对照组和研究组分别给予PVP和PKP治疗。术后3个月,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果术后3个月,两组患者VAS评分均降低,血清IGF及BGP水平均升高,且研究组的血清IGF及BGP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组患者的椎体前、中部高度均升高,Cobb角均减小,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PVP和PKP均为治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的有效术式,但PKP在恢复椎体前缘高度、矫正后凸畸形方面较PVP更具优势。

Objective To explore the effect of perculaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） and percutaneous kyphosis （PKP）vertebroplasty on vertebral function in patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures （OVF）. Methods Ninety-two patientswith OVF from January 2015 to July 2018 were selected as study objects. The patients were randomly divided into controlgroup and study group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group and study group were treated with PVP and PKPrespectively. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 3 months after operation, the VAS scoresof both groups decreased, the levels of serum IGF and BGP increased, and the levels of IGF and BGP in the study groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. At 3 months after operation, the anterior and middlevertebral heights increased, and the Cobb angle decreased in both groups, and those of the study group were significantlybetter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PVP and PKP are effectively surgical procedures for OVF. However,PKP has advantages in restoring the height of anterior vertebral body and correcting kyphosis compared with PVP.
