苍耳子散加味治疗小儿腺样体肥大的效果

Effect of modified cocklebur powder in the treatment of infantile adenoidal hypertrophy

目的探讨苍耳子散加味治疗小儿腺样体肥大(AH)的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月至2017年9月我院50例AH患儿为研究对象并对其进行回顾性研究,根据入院顺序将患儿分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组患儿给予西药治疗,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上联合苍耳子散加味治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、治疗前、后的中医证侯评分及A/N值变化。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸及呼吸暂停症状评分均显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿的A/N值均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苍耳子散加味可有效缩小腺样体,改善患儿的临床症状,疗效确切,在小儿AH的治疗中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of modified cocklebur powder in the treatment of infantile adenoidalhypertrophy （AH）. Methods A total of 80 children with AH from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as thestudy objects to conducted retrospective studies. All children were divided into control group and study group according tothe order of visits, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, the study group wastreated with modified cocklebur powder on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome scores andchanges of A/N value before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate oftreatment in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the symptomsscores of nasal obstruction, snoring, mouth breathing and apnea significantly decreased, and those in the study group weresignificantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; the A/N value of the two groups significantly decreased, and that in thestudy group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified cocklebur powder can effectively reduce theadenoids, improve the clinical symptoms of children, and the curative effect of which is accurate. It has a higherapplication value in the treatment of children with AH.
