摘要
目的分析早期营养护理对胃癌术后患者营养评估指标及护理满意度的影响。方法选取医院2016年8月至2017年8月收治的66例胃癌患者为研究对象,患者均实施早期肠内营养干预。将患者随机分为对照组(33例,常规护理)和试验组(33例,常规护理+早期营养护理)。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果试验组患者的营养指标(血清白蛋白、体质量、淋巴细胞总数)水平均高于对照组,临床指标(肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间)均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期营养护理应用于胃癌患者手术后,既可改善营养指标及临床指标,又可降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of early nutritional nursing on nutritional evaluation indexes and nursingsatisfaction of postoperative patients with gastric cancer. Methods Sixty-six patients with gastric cancer admitted in thehospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as study objects. All patients received early enteral nutritionintervention, and were randomly divided into control group (33 cases, routine nursing) and experimental group (33 cases,routine nursing +early nutritional nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The levels ofnutritional indexes (serum albumin, body mass and total lymphocyte count) of the experimental group were higher thanthose of the control group, and the clinical indexes (recovery time of bowel sounds and anus exhaust time) were shorter thanthose of the control group (P〈0.05). The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that inthe control group(P〈0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Early nutritional nursing applied in postoperative patients with gastric cancer can not only improve thenutritional indexes and clinical indicators, but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction,with higher clinical application value.
