康复护理计划对脑卒中偏瘫患者步态、肢体功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of rehabilitation nursing program on gait, limb function and quality of life of patients with stroke hemiplegia

目的探讨康复护理计划对脑卒中偏瘫患者步态、肢体功能及生活质量的影响。方法将2015年3月至2017年2月我院收治的108例脑卒中偏瘫患者按照随机数字表分为对照组和研究组,各54例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予常规护理+康复护理计划。比较两组患者步态、肢体功能和生活质量评分。结果护理后,两组患者10 m最快步行速度(10 m MWS)、上、下肢肢体功能及生活质量评分均升高,且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者两侧步长差均减小,且研究组小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施康复护理计划能够改善患者步态、肢体功能及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing program on gait, limb function and life quality ofpatients with stroke hemiplegia. Methods A total of 108 patients with stroke hemiplegia treated in our hospital from March2015 to February 2017 were divided into control group and study group by random number table, with 54 cases in eachgroup. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given routine nursing＋rehabilitation nursingprogram. The changes in gait, limb function and the scores of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing, the maximum walking speed within 10 m （10 m MWS）, the scores of upper and lower limb functionsand life quality of the two groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group （P〈0.05）;thetwo sides step length differences of the two groups decreased, and which in the study group was less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing program in patients with stroke hemiplegia can improve their gait, limbfunction and quality of life.
