术前访视联合安全管理在手术室护理中的应用

Application of preoperative visit combined with safety management in the operation room nursing

目的探讨术前访视联合安全管理对手术室护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法将2016年1月至2017年1月收治入院的80例手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。其中对照组采用常规的入院护理,观察组采取术前访视联合安全管理进行护理。比较两组患者护理满意度及护理质量评分。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于手术患者采取术前访视联合安全管理,可以有效提高护理质量评分和护理满意度,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative visit combined with safety management on the nursingquality and patients＇ satisfaction in operation room. Methods Eighty surgical patients admitted in our hospital from January2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 in each group. The controlgroup was given routine admission nursing, while the observation group was given preoperative visit combined with safetymanagement. The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared. Results The nursingsatisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing quality score of theobservation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For surgical patients, preoperative visitscombined with safety management can effectively improve the nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction, and it hasaremarkable effect and is worthy of promotion.
