整体干预模式在乳腺肿物切除术护理中的应用效果

Application effect of holistic intervention model in nursing of breast tumor resection

目的研究乳腺肿物切除术护理中整体干预模式的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年10月至2018年4月收治的74例乳腺肿物切除术患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(37例)和研究组(37例)。对照组选用常规方式予以护理,研究组选用整体干预模式予以护理。比较两组护理满意度、并发症发生率、生活质量评分与护理前、后焦虑、抑郁评分。结果研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的HAMA及HAMD评分均降低,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺肿物切除术护理中整体干预模式的应用效果显著,可对缓解患者的负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广运用。

Objective To study the application effect of holistic intervention mode in nursing of breast tumor resection.Methods Seventy-four patients with breast tumor resection were enrolled from October 2016 to April 2018. According tothe random number table, the patients were divided into control group （37 cases） and study group （37 cases）. The controlgroup was given routine nursing, and the study group was given holistic nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications, quality of life scores and scores of anxiety and depression before and after nursing werecompared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications after nursing in the study group was lower than that in the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. The scores of quality of life in the study group after nursing were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups decreased, and those of the study group werelower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of holistic intervention model in breast tumor resectionnursing is effective, which can relieve negative emotions of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and improvetheir quality of life and nursing satisfaction. It is worth popularizing and applying.
