综合护理对腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者生活质量及行为状态的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on quality of life and behavioral status in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery

目的探究综合护理对腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者生活质量及行为状态的影响。方法选择我院收治的86例腹部手术后发生粘连性肠梗阻的患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式将其平均分成对照组(常规护理干预)和研究组(综合护理干预),各43例。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者KPS、QOLS评分均增高,且研究组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患者恶心呕吐、腹痛症状缓解时间以及胃肠功能恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者再粘连梗阻、肠绞窄和肠坏死穿孔发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合护理在腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on quality of life and behavioral status in patientswith adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery. Methods A total of 86 patients with adhesion intestinalobstruction after abdominal surgery were selected as study objects and divided into control group （routine nursingintervention） and study group （comprehensive nursing intervention） according to the type of nursing, with 43 cases in eachgroup. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of KPS and QDLS in the twogroups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group, the differences were statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the remission time of nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain symptoms and recovery timeof gastrointestinal function in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences werestatistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the incidences of re-adhesive obstruction, intestinalstrangulation and intestinal necrosis between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has goodapplication effects in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery, it is worthy of promotion.
