康复护理对骨折愈合及关节功能恢复的干预效果

Intervention effect of rehabilitation nursing for fracture healing and recovery of joint function

目的探究康复护理对骨折愈合和关节功能恢复的干预效果。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月本院收治的90例骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施康复护理,比较两组患者术后3个月的骨折愈合效果和关节功能恢复优良率。结果观察组的骨折愈合总有效率为97.78%,对照组的骨折愈合总有效率为80.00%;观察组的骨折愈合总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的关节功能恢复优良率为80.00%,对照组的关节功能恢复优良率为57.78%;观察组的关节功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理能有效改善骨折患者的愈合效果和关节功能恢复优良率,具有显著的临床推广和应用价值。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of rehabilitation nursing for fracture healing and recovery ofjoint function. Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, a total of 90 fracture patients in our hospital were selectedas research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group.Routine nursing was applied in the control group, and rehabilitation nursing was used in the observation group. Threemonths after surgery, the effects of fracture healing and the excellent and good rate of recovery of joint function between thetwo groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of fracture healing in the observation group was 97.78%, thetotal effective rate of fracture healing in the control group was 80.00%; the total effective rate of fracture healing in theobservation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The excellent and good rate of the recovery of joint function recovery in the observation group was 80.00%, the excellentand good rate of recovery of joint function in the control group was 57.78%; the excellent and good rate of recovery of jointfunction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the healing effects and excellent andgoodrate of joint function recovery of fracture patients, and it has significant clinical promotion and application values.
