人性化护理干预在功能性子宫出血中的应用价值

Application value of humanized nursing intervention in patients with functional uterine bleeding

目的研究人性化护理干预在功能性子宫出血中的应用价值。方法将2016年10月至2017年10月收治入院的50例功能性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上联合人性化护理干预。比较两组患者的负面心理、止血时间、住院时间、疼痛程度、护理满意度及贫血发生率。结果观察组患者止血时间、住院时间均短于对照组,负面心理、疼痛程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组贫血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在功能性子宫出血患者护理中应用人性化护理干预,既可改善负面情绪、缩短止血时间及住院时间、降低贫血发生率,又可改善疼痛程度、提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application value of humanized nursing intervention in patients with functionaluterine bleeding. Methods Fifty patients with functional uterine bleeding admitted in the hospital from October 2016 toOctober 2017 were selected as study objects and they were divided into control group and observation group, with 25 casesin each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given humanized nursingintervention on the basis of routine nursing. The negative psychology, hemostasis time, hospitalization time, pain degree,nursing satisfaction and incidence of anemia of the two groups were compared. Results The hemostasis time andhospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the scores of negativepsychology and pain degree were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction score of the observationgroup were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of anemia in the observation groupwas lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying humanized nursing intervention in the nursing ofpatients with functional uterine bleeding can not only improve negative emotions, shorten the time of hemostasis andhospitalization, reduce the incidence of anemia, but also improve the pain degree and nursing satisfaction of patients, whichis worthy of clinical promotion.
