绕桩式起重机因起重机中心位置被船体抬升用桩腿占用,对起重机的各机构及缠绕布置形成一定的限制,变幅钢丝绳缠绕方式的改变尤其显著。为有效减轻绕桩式起重机臂架头部滑轮组重量,确保钢丝绳排布的合理性,研发了变幅缠绕拉锁悬挂装置,通过吊载试验验证了该装置的有效性和安全性。

The center position of thewinding pile crane is occupied by the hull lifting legs, which imposes certain restrictions on the various mechanisms and winding arrangements of the crane, especially the winding methods of the lulling wire rope. In order to effectively reduce the weight ofthe pulley block at the head of the boom aroundthe winding pile crane- and ensure the rationalily of the wire rope an＇angement, luffing winding zipper suspension device is developed. Through the lifting test, the effectiveness and satety of the deviceis verified.
