摘要
针对DQZ5000/9000.50大型斗轮堆取料机采用传统的平行式拉杆的3种工况,进行理论计算和有限元分析。针对斗轮偏载影响、受力结果不理想的问题,提出一种交汇式拉杆结构优化方案,对其进行理论计算和有限元分析,并与传统平行式拉杆的分析结果进行对比,得出交汇式拉杆结构在受力上优于传统的平行式拉杆的结论。
For the DQZ5000/9000.50 large bucket wheel stacker reclaimer's three working conditions of traditional parallel drawbar, theoretical calculation and finite element analysis are carried out. Aiming at the problem of unsatisthctory loading effect because of bucket wheel's unbalance loading, an optimization of confluence drawbar structure is proposed and theoretical calculation and finite element analysis are can'ied out. Compared with the analysis results of traditional parallel drawbar, it is concluded that the confluence drawbar structure is superior to the traditional parallel drawbar about force.
