无线覆盖环境下的焦炭堆取料机PLC信息交互系统设计

Design of PLC Information Interaction System for Coke Stacker Reclaimer in Wireless Coverage Environment

焦炭堆取料机作业部用于传输PLC数据信息的通信电缆,在设备回转过程中容易出现线路及接口摩擦和扭曲、通讯线断线、设备机构停运等安全问题,故障发生后,通讯电缆重新布置难度大。设计了一种基于无线覆盖环境下的焦炭堆取料机PLC信息交互系统,可通过无线控制,降低设备故障率,提高取料效率和安全性。

During the equipment rotation process, the communication cables used to transfer PLC data information in the coke stacker reclaimer operation department are prone to some safety problems, such as friction and distortion of lines and interfaces, disconnection of communication lines, difficulty in rean＇anging communication cables and shutdown of e- quipment mechanism. Aiming at these problems, a PLC information interaction system tot coke stacker reclaimer based on wireless coverage environment is designed in this paper. With wireless control, the system can reduce equipment tailure rate, which will improve the efficiency and safety of reclaiming.
