摘要
利用激光扫描技术,融合小车及起升编码器信息,实时获取堆场集装箱堆码信息以及小车和吊具的位置与运动状态。在起重机进入集装箱堆区作业时,系统自动检测其所在贝位集装箱码放轮廓信息,通过控制小车的移动与吊具的升降操作,避免吊具或集装箱与场内的码放集装箱发生碰撞,且可简化司机操作,提高运行效率。
Using laser scanning teehnology and integrating the information of trolley with lifting eneoder, the stacking modeinformation of container in the yard as well as the positions and motionstatus of trolley and spreader are obtained in real-time.When the crane enters the container storage space for operation, the system automatically detects theeontour information of container stacking of the Bay. By controlling the movement of trolley and the lifting operation of spreader, the collision between the spreader or container and the container in the yard can be avoided, which can simplify the operation of driver and improve operation efficiency.
