Review of Smart Construction Information Model and Information Exchange Standards

智慧建设概念的提出是以美国IBM公司在2009年提出的"智慧城市"理念中对城市智慧的理解,并结合我国建筑业发展的实际,拟在融合智慧城市和工程项目全生命周期管理理念。智慧建设过程中信息交换效率,保证信息数据交换完整性和准确性,保持信息数据交换的一致性。本文对工程建设信息模型和信息交换的国内外研究现状进行了总结,对智慧建设信息交换、信息分类与信息编码研究的综述和分析。

The concept of Smart Construction refers to the description of urban wisdom in the concept of ＂Smart City＂ proposed by IBM in 2009, and it is proposed to integrate the concept of Smart City and the whole life cycle management of engineering projects based on the actual development of China＇s construction industry. The effciency of information exchange in the process of wisdom construction ensures the integrity and accuracy of information data exchange and maintains the consistency of information data exchange. This paper summarizes the research status of information model and information exchange in engineering construction both at home and abroad, summarizes and analyzes the research on information exchange, information classifcation and information coding in smart construction.
