The Value and Enlightenment of Modem Weaponry and Equipment in the Perspective of National Security

武器装备对于打赢、遏制、影响战争进程和军事变革等具有重要的军事价值;对国家实力的构成、国际地位提升和提高民族的自豪感、凝聚力等具有重要政治价值,因此必须发展武器装备,为实现强国梦强军梦提供坚强保证。

This paper expounds the military significance of weaponry and equipment from the following four aspects, namely, winning, deterring, and influencing the war process as wellas military revolution. It explains the political value of weaponry and equipment from national power, symbol of international role, and enhancement of national pride and cohesion. It draws the conclusion that the development of weaponry and equipment must ensure the realization of the dream of a strong nation and a strong army.
