Public opinion warfare,an important action of a state＇s politics and military in the information age, has been integrated into national strategies. Under computerized conditions,public opinion warfare is an important form of a country＇s politics,diplomacy and military conflicts as well as an effective combat means in asymmetric warfare. It is of special significance both as a critical action throughout the whole process of networked military conflicts and as an important political warfare style which is relatively independent. Public opinion warfare,which influences the success and failure of the conflicting sides as an ＂adjuster＂of war power,is an irreplaceable guarantee to ＂complete victory＂in the war.
