军人心理健康的特点及其与凝聚力、领导行为的关系

Characteristics of Military Mental Health and Its Relation to Cohesion and Leadership

为深入探究战斗力形成中＂人＂的因素,全面考察军人心理健康的特点及团体凝聚力和领导行为对军人心理健康的影响,为军人政治心理研究提供实证性研究成果,本研究采用问卷法测量2047名士兵,通过嵌套方式对来自54个班的506名士兵建立多层线性模型。结果显示,目前军人心理健康状况总体良好,退役适应和自我修复是军人心理健康中存在的主要问题。军人心理健康在兵龄、职别等方面差异显著,不同服役时间士兵的心理健康状况呈＂U＂形,义务兵的心理健康状况总体好于一期士官。同时,多层线性分析发现,个体水平因素对军人心理健康的影响班际差异显著,其影响大小取决于班凝聚力和班长的工作绩效,并存在被高估、夸大的问题。

To explore the influence of ＂man＂on the formation of combat effectiveness,this paper provides empirical research findings after a thorough examination of the characteristics of military mental health and its relation to team cohesion and leadership. With a questionnaire completed by 2047 soldiers,the study established hierarchical linear patterns for 506 soldiers from 54 squads in a nested fashion. It is revealed that the overall mental health of soldiers investigated was good,with the poor adaption to retirement and self-healing capacity as the main problems. The military mental health varied greatly in a＂U ＂shape according to the years of serving in the army,the scores of those selective service soldiers being higher than those of first-year noncommissioned officers. R anks also mattered. Meanwhile,the hierarchical linear analysis shows that the impact of individual factors on military mental health differed noticeably between squads. The influences, which had somewhat been overvalued and exaggerated,depended on the squad cohesion and the squad leader＇s work performance.
