Advancing National Cultural Governance with Marxist Holism Theory

自十八届三中全会以来,我国积极推动国家治理体系与治理能力现代化。文化治理作为国家治理的重要组成部分,对国家治理、社会进步和人民生活发挥着重要作用。文化作为一个整体,其各个组成部分之间相互联系并相互影响。同时,在整个社会体系内,文化又与经济、政治等其他社会要素相互作用。将马克思主义整体性理论运用到文化治理中有助于从总体上把握和推动我国的文化治理,并将文化治理同其他方面的治理有机结合,有助于提升文化软实力,进而提升国家硬实力。

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of CPC, China has actively promoted the modernization of state governance system and capability. As an important part of state governance, cultural governance plays an important role in national governance, social progress and people＇s life. The various components of culture are interrelated and interacted with each other. Meanwhile, culture interacts with other factors of the society such as politics and economy. The application of Marxist holistic theory to cultural governance helps to grasp and promote the cultural governance of our country as a whole and combine the cultural governance with other aspects of governance to help enhance both the soft and hard power of China.
