摘要 针对自由人槭增殖繁殖低下的问题,在其增殖培养阶段进行基本培养基、糖源、pH等项目优化及激素的筛选与优化。结果表明:基本培养基中,改良MS对增殖最好,灭菌前pH5.6最佳,糖源对增殖的影响不明显;激素选择与调整中选择ZT和IBA在相对浓度2∶1绝对浓度ZT为0.1mg·L^(-1),IBA浓度为0.05mg·L^(-1)最佳,增殖倍数为4.2。 In order to solve the problem of low proliferation and reproduction of Acer×freemanii,the basic medium optimization and different phytohormone experiments were conducted from the optimization technique of Acer×freemanii at proliferation stage.Result shows that improved MS have the optimal proliferation in basic medium.The pH value is 5.6 before sterilization,and the effect of sugar source on proliferation is not obvious.The choice of ZT &IBA in hormone selection &adjustment is 2∶1 absolute concentration ZT is 0.1 mg·L-1;IBA concentration was 0.05 mg·L-1.The multiplication factor is 4.2.
