新时代全面从严治党、精神文明建设、经济持续发展、共享新发展理念为精准脱贫提供了新的机遇。但是剩余贫困人口脱贫难度大、基层干部脱贫任务繁重、贫困人口内生动力不足、脱贫可持续性不够的问题仍然突出。因此,当前精准脱贫的主要任务就是:聚焦深度贫困地区,逐步减少贫困人口;加强基层干部素质建设,激发贫困人口的内生动力;严把质量关,有效防控脱贫户的返贫风险;升级社会保障制度,构建长效脱贫机制。

However, the problem of poverty alleviation for the remaining poor, the heavy lifting of poverty alleviation for grassroots cadres, the lack of endogenous motivation for poor people, and the lack of sustainable poverty alleviation are still outstanding. Therefore, the main tasks of current poverty alleviation are： focusing on deep poverty areas, gradually reducing poverty population; strengthening the quality of grassroots cadres, stimulating the endogenous motivation of the poor; strictly controlling quality, effectively preventing and controlling the risk of poverty alleviation of poverty-stricken households; upgrading society Safeguard the system and build a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation.
