Research on "Internet+" to Promote the Supply-Side Structural Reform of Agriculture

为探讨"互联网+"助推农业供给侧结构性改革的理论与政策问题,本文以信息经济学理论为基础,运用规范研究等方法,系统论述了"互联网+"助推农业供给侧结构性改革的必要性和可行性,构建了"互联网+"在农业领域创新应用中的主要场景和政策框架。本文认为"互联网+"是深化农业供给侧结构性改革的新动能,应积极创造制度体系、政策框架和市场环境,加快推动物联网、区块链等新技术在农业供给侧结构性改革和现代农业发展的创新应用。

To explore the ＂Internet ＋＂ structural reforms to boost agricultural supply side of the theory and policy issues, this article based on the information economics theory, using the method of normative research, system elaborated the ＂Internet ＋＂ structural reforms to boost agricultural supply side, the necessity and feasibility of building the ＂Internet ＋＂ main scenarios and innovative applications in the field of agricultural policy framework. This paper holds that ＂Internet plus＂ is a new driving force for deepening the supply-side structural reform of agriculture. We should actively create institutional systems, policies and market environment, and accelerate the innovative application of new technologies such as the Internet of things and blockchain in agricultural supply-side structural reform and modern agricultural development.
